As a Total Quality Management (TQM) Intern in the HRM&D department, you will support initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of HR processes and services. You will assist in evaluating and improving HR workflows, policies, and programs using quality management principles and tools. This internship offers exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and ISO standards within a people-centric context.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating HR processes to identify areas for improvement and standardization
• Support the implementation of TQM initiatives across HR functions such as recruitment, training, and employee relations
• Conduct data collection and analysis to assess process performance and quality outcomes
• Help develop and maintain quality documentation, including process manuals and SOPs
• Participate in audits, feedback sessions, and corrective action planning
• Collaborate with HR teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment with organizational quality standards and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Total Quality Management principles and continuous improvement tools
• Familiarity with process mapping, root cause analysis, or quality assurance techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
